1. Scope & Acceptance

By registering or using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Workshop Registration & Payment

• Payment of ₹99 must be completed during registration.
• Access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Teach policy: (a) No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours; (b) Refunds possible if requested ≥48 hours before the workshop.
• To cancel or request a refund, email info@abssatsang.com.

4. Workshop Conduct & Use

• Participants should behave respectfully and follow facilitator instructions.
• Recordings or redistribution of the workshop materials are prohibited without explicit permission.

5. Intellectual Property

• All workshop materials are owned by the organizer. Use is for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The organizers will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any form of mental or physical harm during or following workshop participation.

7. Force Majeure

• The organizer is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., technical outages, natural events).

8. Changes to These Terms

• We may update terms; changes will be posted on the site, and continued use implies acceptance.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governed by the laws of India. Disputes to be resolved in courts of Delhi.
