The Essence of Anand Yoga

Known as the “method of addition,” Anand Yoga teaches seekers to remember the Supreme while performing all worldly duties—without renouncing life. As Lord Krishna instructed Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita: “Remember Me and fight.”

The goal is to attain Jivan Mukti (liberation while living) and experience eternal peace and bliss—the true purpose of human life.
